We book up to 12 months in advance.
Step 1. Inquiries regarding rates and calendar availability may be made via email at lanikuhonua@jamescampbell.com (For site visit, you will need to contact on-site manager).
Step 2. When your party has decided on your preferred event date, please contact our office via email to make sure that the date is available. We will then send you a RESERVATION FORM to place a soft hold on the date.
Step 3. Upon receipt of the Reservation Form, we will then prepare and send your USER AGREEMENT along with a 50% Deposit Payment Link (non-refundable).
Step 4. Upon receipt of the signed User Agreement and deposit and 50% Deposit Payment, your reservation will be FIRM.
Step 5. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event. (Please use the same payment link as your deposit)
Step 6. The following items are due no less than 30 days prior to your event:
*Events incorporating fire dancers, please refer to #7.c of the Rules and Regulations for Lanikūhonua events.
