There’s no better place to celebrate Hawaiian music and dance at its finest than at the beautiful Lanikūhonua, “where Heaven meets the Earth.” The Lanikūhonua Cultural Institute’s mission is to perpetuate the Hawaiian culture through culture events like Mele & Hula at Lanikūhonua. This event is a benefit for the Lanikūhonua Culture Institute, a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Charitable Organization.
This concert will showcase some of Hawai’i’s performing artists and hula halau in a gala evening under the stars. The musical artists performing this year will be Kimié Miner, Weldon Kekauoha and Pa’ahana. Local clothing designer Ida Teiti, owner of Tiare Teiti, will put on a fashion show.
